Internal Sales Representative

 Factory Connection Canada is currently seeking a detailed orientated, well motivated individual to fill the position of internal sales representative.  If you are looking for a challenge in the high paced, ever changing suspension industry… we have the position for you. Factory Connection Canada is among the most respected off road suspension companies in the country that offers suspension calibration and maintenance services for all brands of motorcycles.  This position will focus on sales and administrative work.  Training is provided by the company, any experience is a plus. The position is open now so do not hesitate to take this opportunity.  Duties

• Receive incoming sales inquiries/complete sales during the call.
• Invoicing and reception of payments
• Shipping and receiving both domestic and international
• Inventory management
• Marketing duties
• Management position for the right skill set and experience is possible.

 Conditions

• 40 hrs per week year round employment (typically Mon – Fri.)
• Clean, friendly, team oriented working environment and atmosphere
• Salary according to ability and experience

 Requirements:

• Desire to work in the off-road motorcycle industry and grow within the company
• Very detailed orientated, self motivated and strong commitment to quality
• Team player, well groomed and willingness to learn new skills
• Bilingual English/French or willingness to learn quickly
• Computer literate (e-mail, internet, excel, word, etc.)
• Ability to travel if needed for training and special events.
